We hope you will be happy with any items you have ordered from us, but if you are not entirely satisfied, our return policy is as below.
You shall have 7 days from the date of receipt of order, to notify us of the items that you wish to return.
Items ordered shall not be accepted for return after 7 days.
You shall be responsible for the delivery charge of the returned items to us.
Item(s) to be returned must be returned in the condition you received them, which includes keeping any hygiene seals and tamper proof wrappings in place. The item(s) to be returned must not be altered in any manner or form whatsoever that affects its resale value, otherwise you lose your right to return.
A copy of your invoice should be attached when returning the item to us.
You may request for us to pick the item from an agreed location at for which you shall be charged our standard rate.
To notify us of your return, please fill our return form below.
If you find that the items ordered are not of the standard you expected or they are damaged or they are not what you ordered, we ask that you return the item with a copy of the invoice for a refund.
If you receive a damaged or defective item from us, we can exchange the damaged or defective item with same at no extra cost to you and you will not be billed for the cost of delivery.
You may also utilize our store credit system and make other purchases equivalent to the value of the returned item(s).
If you prefer a monetary refund, we reserve a right to charge a handling and service fee of not less 5 percent of the value of the item(s) refunded, after due and fair consideration. This amount shall be transferred to your bank account not later than 10 working days from the date of our receipt of the returned item(s).
Kindly note that we do not refund delivery charges.
